TERMS OF SALES

 

Reservations:

The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the price of the stay with a minimum of three nights.

The balance is to be paid in cash on the day of arrival.

 

Cancellation:

Any cancellation or modification by the customer must be notified by email and addressed to contact@chanducoeurluberon.com.

This request will be effective only when Le Chant du Coeur has confirmed your acceptance by email.

We invite you to take out cancellation insurance.

 

In case of cancellation:

If the cancellation occurs more than 15 days before the date of arrival, the deposit paid upon booking will be refunded less bank fees if applicable.

If the cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be acquired at Chant du Coeur.

In case of shortened stay or no show, the amount of stay is in full.

Prices:

Rates include VAT, tourist tax, parking, access to the pool and breakfast.

Periods:

Low Season: April-May-October

High season: June-July-August-September

 

Arrival and departure times:

Arrival: between 16.00 and 19.00

Departure: no later than 11.00

 

Outside of these hours, we do not guarantee our presence in order to preserve our family life.

We can not receive you after 19.00 unless expressly agreed at the time of booking.
